COURSE STRUCTURE
- the course starts on the first of every month
- 1 month (45 hours) (3 credits)
- Daily 1 Hr, 5 days a week ( Monday to Friday)
- Every Saturday “Meditate with Master” (7:15 am to 8:15 am)
- Theory lectures on Monday and Thursday (8 pm to 9 pm)
- Yoga Diksha Workshop on 3rd Saturday of the month
- 10 tutorials
